Will I be charged sales tax on my purchase?
Only if you are a resident of Ohio. Ohio residents will be charged 6% sales tax. Otherwise, no sales tax will be added.
What are acceptable payment methods?
For credit card payments, Semesters accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You can also pay for orders via a money order. Mail money orders to:

Note regarding items purchased with a money order: we will not ship in stock items until we have received the money order. For custom orders, we will not begin production of the item(s) until we have received the money order.
Is your site secure for making credit card purchases?
We use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders. SSL technology encrypts your order information into highly undecipherable code. This encryption includes all information submitted through our checkout form including your personal information as well as credit card information.
Does Semesters sell customer data?
No. We need the information you provide so we can contact you if we have questions about your order.
What is your return policy?
Custom orders: we cannot accept return of a custom order. If you have a problem with a garment, please email us at info@semestersgreekshop.com, or call us at 888.234.0805 or 513.221.2031.
In stock items: if you have a problem with an in stock item, email or call us to arrange return of the merchandise.
What is production location for custom order garments?
In order to maintain the highest level of quality, all letters, crests, etc., are applied to garments by Semesters in the store, and for sewn on letters, sewing is performed by local seamstresses. All items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment.
